News & Alert : Firmware Update (Version 1.72) Released For YPT9J

Bugs:
-T9 sometimes resets when magnifying photos in white-love theme.
-Some DRM music files containing noise during playback

Updating The T9 Firmware

Before you begin the firmware upgrade, please make sure your battery is fully charged.

1. Go to the Samsung Download Center and download the latest f/w for your T9.
2. Extract the zip files to your desktop and connect the T9 to your PC.
3. Copy the 'SYSDATA.bin' and 'MUON.rom' files into the 'DATA' or 'Root' directory of the YP-T9.
4. Disconnect the YP-T9 from the USB port of the computer.
5. When you turn the player on, firmware updates are automatically performed.

To confirm that the update was successful, Select MENU > SETTING > SYSTEM INFO to view the firmware version.
