News & Alert : YP-U2J Displays License Expired When Attempting To Play Subscription Music From Rhapsody To Go Or Napster To Go.
1. Connect the YP-U2 to your computer.
2. Visit the Samsung Download Center and download the latest f/w (currently ver.1.156)
3. Save the zip file to your desktop.
4. Double click the zip file and then double click the setup.exe file.
5. You'll see a pop-up indicating "WinZip will extract all files to a temporary folder and run the setup.exe program". Click OK.
6. Follow the on screen instructions for updating the firmware.
IMPORTANT: If the software (f/w updater) is already installed on your PC, running setup.exe may remove
the program. If this occurs, just double click setup.exe once again for installation.
IMPORTANT: If you continue to receive an error while transferring subscription music, disconnect the U2 and reconnect. Visit Security Component Update Page. Run the update and attempt to transfer music again.]]>
