News & Alert : Important Rebate Information




Please be advised that CPG, the third-party mail-in rebate processing company that Samsung has traditionally partnered with has recently filed a petition for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. As a result of this action, Samsung is now in the process of working through the details to ensure that all customers who currently have a mail-in rebate claim for a printer will be paid in full. We are attempting to resolve and address this issue in the quickest most efficient manner possible.
